I am an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Electronics, Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, AGH University of Krakow. I am a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Mathematical and Natural Science Studies at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science, Jagiellonian University, and the Interdisciplinary Environmental Doctoral Studies “Physical, Chemical and Biophysical Foundations of Modern Technologies and Materials Engineering” (FCB) at the Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science, AGH, where I defended my PhD thesis in 2023.
Professionally, I am associated with the Magnetic Multilayer Systems and Spin Electronics Group, where I study thin-film magnetic systems by electrical methods, lithography of spintronic nanodevices, and programming and data analysis.
I am also a co-founder and CTO of Microspin Technologies, a company established by researchers from the Spin Electronics team at AGH. We turn laboratory know-how into practice: measurement systems and automation software for spintronics and magnetic materials, as well as thin-film characterization and R&D consulting. At Microspin I am responsible for the design of measurement software and data analysis.
In my free time, I am engaged in activities popularizing natural sciences, including the organization of the Natural Science Competition “Świetlik”.
As part of my teaching activities, I teach classes and seminars on web application programming, basics of Python programming and data science — see teaching for course pages, schedules and materials. Outside the classroom, I am a faculty advisor of the AGH Analytica student research club, where students develop their own projects in AI, data analysis and GIS — from satellite imagery and geospatial data to large language models.
I am interested in programming, technological innovations and economics.
Beyond the lab
Microspin Technologies · CTO & Co-Founder
Microspin Technologies was established by researchers from the Spin Electronics team at AGH University. We build advanced measurement systems and software for spintronics, magnetic materials and electronic prototypes — FMR spectrometers, rotating and automatic probe stations — and offer thin-film characterization and R&D consulting.
